How to find an accommodation in Dublin?

To find an accommodation in the city center is quiet difficult and very expensive. If you are looking for a single room in a house or flat share, you’ll have to pay at least 400€ per month. Sharing rooms are cheaper, around 250€ per month. You’ll be asked for a deposit, generally equal to the value of one month’s rent. The particularity of many flat shares is that you can get your deposit back only if you find the next flat mate who will succeed you. If you don’t find one, sorry for your bank account…

The best site to find an accommodation is: www.daft.ie
But you have to check the new announcements frequently, and if you are interested in one of it, don’t wait, call immediately!

We have all found a room in different flat shares. Emeline shares her flat with an Irish guy, Adrien shares his one with two Irish students of our course and Emmanuelle shares her house with an Irish guy, a Brazilian guy and a Spanish girl. They are all really friendly!
