There is not a large number of typical dishes in Ireland, but some are popular and we’ve tried :
- The Guinness pie
It seems like a “boeuf bourguignon” in France. It’s made with beef pieces, vegetables and a rich Guinness sauce with a pie at the top. It’s very tasty!
- The Irish stew
It's a typical dish with lamb, onions, carrots and potatoes.
- The Irish coffee
It's made with coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar and cream and it's really tasty !
